LATE POLICY

Payments are due by the 8th of each month. A late payment will accrue a $20 fee. If there is no lesson before the 8th of the month, checks should be mailed to the Edmond Studio (click for address). You will not be guaranteed to retain your lesson time should there be a late payment.

Payments can be made in check and given to LaVonne in person or by using a credit/debit card through the Square Online Payment Portal, which you can access by clicking here.

scheduling

New students will meet with me at the beginning of their first lesson, should they wish to sign up for regular lessons, to discuss which day of the week they would like to schedule lessons.

At the beginning of every month, the student will receive a schedule slip at the first lesson of the month with all the lesson dates for that month, including cancellations the student or I may have. It will also include the day in which the payment is due.

Cancellation

To reschedule or cancel a lesson, contact me as soon as possible. We will then later attempt to reschedule the lesson by switching with another family, or using an open slot from another cancellation. No refunds will be given if a lesson is cancelled and is part of a monthly rate.

During the school year, no make-up lessons are given if a student misses their scheduled lesson time without prior notification.

OUTSIDE EVENTS

Outside events, such as the fall picnic concert, the Crown Center Christmas Concert, the Solo Recital, the Branson trip, and other recitals are encouraged but not mandatory to attend. Signups for these events will be given out at lessons with ample notice.
